hey guys. great place to go for help!! i really like my commy but having a few issues with some apps. so here goes! any help is appreciated!

1. i used an mp3go .zip file from this forum and installed (used keygen to activate). when i try to play an mp3, i get the the error message:
application closed - reason code: USER - Reason number 11.
Any idea out there what this is about?

2. i've been trying to make the remote control by bitween work so far:
- when i try it on my home computer ( via cable modem): my commy connects, but then i get a "rcserver.exe has generated errors" and closes the program...

- when i try it at work (via dsl) : no connection whatsoever...

again, any suggestions would be great...

I had several error messages with all multimedia apps (Mp3go, WavGo,MMP). Reboot communicator after installing the app (and registering), and try to free memory via taskmanager (like switcher etc.) before running it. If that doesn´t work, reinstall the app.

Don´t know bout remote control, couldn´t make up a connection yet...
