But seriously now your phone is DCT-3 so you have to unlock it with a cable.

Nokia 3390 Is A DCT3 Phone, Therefore you need a datacable for your phone to be unlocked.

That means you really nead a Data Cable inorder to unlock your phone, All Phone Unlocking Tools and Software Will Be useless (for dct3 phones) if you don't have a Data Cable. So better buy a data cable or do it yourself.

You don't need any code when unlocking DCT3 phones especially when involving cables, what you need is a software, NOT a code, so you will need to get a data/mbus cable and a DCT3 unlocking software like noktools 1.9 by rolis, EEPROM Tools by BPHREAKS, etc. Post here if you already have the data/mbus cable s that I will provide the unlocking tool for you.
