Hi all,
i have a problem with my communicator9210i that i can't put a picture in any Contact card .. !! each time i try ... i reaceive a note saying .." NOT READY " i don't know waht is this ... so please .. if any one know what 2 do in this case , please tell me ..

Pictures ought to be in .jpg or .gif format and rather small size. When you want to put the photo of someone, use the photo - editor built in. CHooce the frame of the pictures you need, save it using option "save marked frame" and try to attach it to contact card.
Sometimes the device is out of RAM memory, so close all of other applications or install before appmanager or Taskmanager, with help you to manage of applications and free space in RAM memory.

Thanks SEPET for ur kindly replaying ... but i still have the same problem i've make the picture very small in the two formates .jpg and .gif ... but where i can find this photo editor that u told me about and also the appmanager or task manager !!!

but i noticed that it's not even allowing me to browse the image ... i just sellect the frame to put the picture and it giving me this bad message " Note Not READY" ...

By the sound of it, it seems that the imaging application is not working properly.

If you can't even open the image by selecting it via filemanager then I think its time for a reformat.

Try deleting all .ini files first.
What thi does is reset all programs back to their default state.
To do this press ctrl+shif+i after you have rebooted the fone and you see the two hands on the pda side.

This will not delete applications just settings. So you will have to change the profiles preferences again for example.

Photoeditor is built into the phone, it is the imaging application that you can find under extras

Hello sektor_1,

First thanks for ur advice .. but actually i can brouse image with imaging programe at the EXtras ... i have it but the problem is just i can't browse it from Contacts to put it at it's frame..

and now i have pressed ctrl+shift+i as i restart the phone ...
and i found a strange phone ... please tell me what i have to do ?!!
and if there's a way to bring back this ini files ... !!!??

ctrl+shift+i resets your phone back to defaults, which means all your settings have been deleted. Thats all. None of your applications have been deleted. Once deleted you cannot bring back the .ini files.

Ok, so you open the contact that you want to add the pictures to
click on insert picture
can you browse to the picture?
