8210 dont log on to 900mhz att

see subject, whats wrong, but 911 calls ok! the same with 3310. Only att on 900 mhz is here, no other network around. no IMEI checking either around here.

How You get this problems more info..like have you flash the phones or drop them, water damage ect....

no they are brand new no faults at all on them, I believe this new network ATT just built here and opened is not working right, I tried 8310 and it found ATT fine (900mhz) also SE T100 an Pana GD68 work fine here on 900 Mhz but the 3310 and 8210 dont work here except 911 calls, their system is screwed up here somehow, any one any ideas?
