i have installed apps on my 3650 but when i use my laptop to add or remove stuff the old files are still there saying that they are read only or in use how do i get rid of them they are in my phone memory ? also stuff that is stord on my mem card wont delete is there a way that i can format the phone itself ? and if there is will i lose the actual origional phone stuff ? i hope someone can help
