hello genuises of cellphones!

well i have a problem here my cellphone (NOKIA 8310) is blocked by networks..( thats according to the repair man i been.), the cellphone signal is okay in some place but many times it have signal but cant txt and cant call... other technician say it must change its serial number... but how ? is there any way i it cant be repair.. im from philippines.. the network im using is smart.. the cellphones other use is okay except for the signal...

Hmm, if you've been banned from a network, you will never be able to get signal I believe, since they simply disconnect you when you log on.
Yes, you could change your IMEI number (That's illegal) and incredibly difficult with a dct4 phone, your soldering skills better be good if you want to do that.

I think you should get in touch with your network and ask them about it, so long as you've done nothing illegal, it's best to ask them.
