I'm not sure if it matters, but do you have a Rom6 8210? If you don't it won't work (I have a Rom5 and hence can't upgrade).

I don't know how to directly fix the problem, I'd suggest reflashing a backup and start again.

Or try a few more times?

Cheers

Bob

Fifty bucks says that your using Win2K or XP! Knok will freak out in these operating systems! Try Knok2k3 or Rolis Noktool 1.9!

Is the volume turned down? Maybe replace the speaker! Just take one from a donor phone!

But it worked fine before i flashed the phone. and the volume is on full. but i gonna try to change the part and see if it is a hardware fault.

@ TokeiLampin

What??? What's the masking tape for? What are we heating with an iron? What benefit will this have?

try use masking tape and put your speaker at there and pull the iron on the glue

I know what you mean, Use masking tape to clean any iron fillings/dirt off the speaker. Because the iron fillings/dirt will stick to the tape.

You can always just wipe any dirt off with your finger.

@Chuckhead
When dealing with poor english mate, you have to read between the lines.

@spoochy
As chuckhead says try a new one if the one thats in is not dirty, it maybe slightly damaged and just not vibrating properly.
