Can anyone explain me what is the part on the scheme with symbol "4e7" i know that this is a resistor but what kind of? how many ohms (kohms/mohms) it has?

I bought my panasonic cable and its without external power supply but for panasonic service software i need a source of external power for the cable and i saw that you can buy it at http://ucables.com/cgibin/showprod.cgi?cable=EXT-POWER
but why when you can make your own?
anyone knows where i can get the scheme of it?
