I have just encuntered this site and would ask for help to de-restrict a Nokia 8310 on T-Mobile in the UK (formally One2One). When a SIM card is inserted, it shows the message 'Phone Restricted' and ask for a Restriction Code.

Can anyone assist please. -- IMEI = 351104/10/826434/7

we all use Dct4 unlocking software...you key in the IMEI and the network and it does the rest
