have you tried anycodes before this (might have used up your 5 trys)
and have you tried another sim card to see if it already unlocked?

When i put my sim card it would ask for a lock code. (a 10 digit entrance) And i don't think i have used up 5 trys. And if i have used up 5 does it mean that the phone is now useless?
