we need the IMEI number...you can get this from under the battery or by typing *#06# into the phone

it is a 15 digit number

The IMEI number should be 15 digits long not 14...... Please double check your Imei number before putting any codes into your phone!!!

good eye fugster i clearly missed that i must have inputed to many numbers in my calculator.

thanks for your help , have'nt tried the code you provided het.
i gave you the wrong IMEI # it is off by one number. The correct number is 010128/30/219996/0 as you can see i was missing a 9 in the 3rd group of numbers. PLEASE FORWARD ME ADDTIONAL INSTRUCTION
BASED ON THE CORRECT IMEI # . I HAVE NOT TRIED ANY CODES AT THIS TIME AND I WILL WAIT FOR YOUR RESPONSE BEFORE ATTEMPTING ANY CODES.
