Help please with Sagem mw3020

Help I unlocked a Sagem mw3020 which was on Vodafone. I now use O2 but since the unlock done by All Sagem 2.1 and no code entered, the new sim will work on O2 one day, and then won't display, or work on the network the next day

Any ideas please

Could the new All Sagem 2.1 Dongle be faulty?
