hmm.. ive got a question regarding for d internet access.. is it normal to pay twice?? coz.. the cost for the call and another for the internet card.. and come to think of it.. its not very cheap.. do you access ur internet d same way?? any way to make it cheaper?? dont think i'm a cheap person.. it's just dat i'm a student.. and i dont have enough budget. hehe

Here in the uk you just dial one number. The number for your isp, thats all.

You do get charged for the internet call you make, and you will have to pay a charge to your isp. Thats the only charges I know. Unless your isp has a free number. Here in the UK 0800 numbers are free of charge.

I dont think there is a cheaper way. Unless you have callback set up, but that is a different issue.
