Need Security code for nokia 6800

hi everybody,
i need security codes for the Nokia 6800(originally its from USA AT&T) to restore the factory settings.
second thing i wanna know is, is there any way i can use this us phone in dubai(UAE) because i got info that there is no way to get it working bcoz of the frequency problems.
plz help me in the security code thing and more info on using this nokia out of USA in UAE.
