i think there is a 8210 ppm with arabic ,do you try download all 8210 ppm and search for it.
if not you can try to convert /translater using nokia-lang-tran get it from http://nokiafree.org/forums/download.php?file=nokia-lang-tran.zip&phone=Nokia/:D :D :D :D

i only know that pack G & H got arabic,can write or not i dont know,thats the only ppm for 8210 got arabic,if it can't write, not other can for what i think.

As you can see packages G and H have Language support for Arabic.

why don't you email the man and ask him.
to write chinese you need T9 dictionary for chinese,for arabik i think maybe is the same,but you can't find 8210 ppm with arabik.
try find from other.

i try think it out for you.but you have to think out your self too.for sure,if you want to write in arabic you need arabic T9 dictionary.
i don't think that 8210 ppm have arabic T9dic.u try to find it,maybe from some old version ppm or ppm from other phone that contian arabic T9dic and think out how to join it.
