Code is correct, are you sure its locked to T-Mobile USA at the moment? Try another SIM card - might not be locked...

If you can get a cable we can read the correct network code off the phone and provide a code that will work for you... Please don't enter anymore codes, you only have five attempts in total.

Dear I**3,

I bought 3650 because it is tri-band world phone and I wanted to use it during my trip to Asia Pacific region. I bought "Globe" SIM at Manila Phillipine. Phone Says, "SIM unaccepted", and I was not able to use it.
I complaint to Nokia but they say it is not Nokia but T-Mobile who locked my SIM. That is the story. What can I do next?
