Free Nokia data suite which you can download HERE (english version) (http://nds1.nokia.com/phones/files/software/Nokia_PC_Suite_516_en.exe) (18mb) then use a cable or Ir to transfer things.

Or you can use Logomanagers MobiMB but you should really pay about £14 for that!
