* Russian T9 Dictionary and Russian input removed from Language pack L
* Support for Russian fonts added to language pack E
* Russian T9 Dictionary and Russian key map removed and replaced with normal GSM characters
* Some Russian characters were missing (e.g. question marks when entering time and date)
* Missing characters added to Hungarian language
* Hebrew/Arabic: "Calls" text now appears as "Erase Recent calls List"
* Hebrew/Arabic: some words were not displayed while typing them
* Hebrew/Arabic: placement of the character ":" corrected. Now appears at the end of the sentence (Example - Enter PUK 2 code)
* PLMN search time improvement
* Business Card reception improved when receiving long name/number
* Implementation of timed emergency call with key lock on. I.e. timeout on key buffer when key guard is enabled to prevent false emergency call
