How do I unlock my nokia 6200

HI,
I think i want to unlock my nokia 6200 to use it on T-Mobile instead of ATT, but before I do so, does it make sense? Will it work? Will I still have wireless web access and GPRS capabilities?
Please advise the procedure etc.
