What is the model of your nokia before we start with the codes.........

Its saying on the mobile after I tried with +7 that it cant unlock!
What now? its a3510 nokia locked to Telenor, Norway

If the phone is saying "cannot remove restriction" or similar, you have used up all of your five unlock code attempts and therefore the phone will not allow the unlock.

No unlock code will ever work for you now... you need a cable unlock solution like Griffin or Neelix. Or you could take to a shop that has such equipment and ask them to unlock it for you...
