help Flashing r220

Can anybody tell me how can i flash r220 it seems to be dead i got a flash file but the software says first and second i have one with .axf extension and the other required is .ogm is it necessary to flash second one the first one i flashed but still the phone wont boot it just shows led blinking after it is flashed.
also where can i get flash file for r220 all links on this site dont seem to have it.
