I have a 6800 on AT&T USA. I want to remove the operator logo.

I have managed to do so using MobiMB but it came back.
What I did to remove it was load a transparent GIF file into the phone. Then choose a different file as an operator logo. Restart the phone. It will still show AT&T. Then choose the tranparent.gif file and set it up as an operator logo. It will still show AT&T. I will turn the phone off and then back on again and the operator logo will diappear.

Now it came back again and I can't remove it anymore using the method above.

Anyone has any ideas ? This is quite annoying.

Thanks,
zoti

Did you have to use a cable to connect your phone, or did you load it wirelessly? Please tell me, because I would love to remove my operator logo!!!

Thanks!!

I did both. The logo came back and is still there.

Read here:

But it didn't work for me.

The logo will sometimes dissapear after I shut the phone off and turn it back on again.
