I found a V5.30 MCU file for a 3410, but I have a choice of 15 different PPM files. Which one do I use??

And btw, what prog should I be using for this?

Where i can find this files for 3410 ? And i can upgrade my telephone software with my Nokia data cable (NK-33) (?) ? Its serial cable... thanks...
