I need to reset the security code of a 3510i. Is there something like a code to reset the internal eeprom, like in samsung mobiles?

Buonasera.
I have a 3510i, I also have a Wind SIM Card to go with it.

The default Security code is 12345.
To change the code follow "Menu/Settings/Security settings/Change of access codes. Menu 6 6 6

If you have forgotten the Security Code that was changed from 12345, I'm sorry, I cannot help you with that. I can only suggest a Nokia Service Centre.

Unless of course someone knows different?

You can use Download FBus by Maestro (http://www.unlockme.co.uk/downloads/fbusv25.zip) to reset security code.

You'll need a computer and cable to do that... :(
