If anyone could help me, I need an unlock code for:

I would really appreciate any help with this, asap. If anyone could tell me how to unlock it when I have the code, I would appreciate that too.

how to use the code:

remove the simcard.
turn on the phone ("insert sim card" will be displayed).
type in the code as-is. to get p,w,+ simply use the * button 2,3,4 times.

when you enter the last #, phone will display:
"Phone Restriction Off" - if code was correct - phone is unlocked.
or
"Code Error".

you only have 5 tries, don't waste them! try the code given to you only once. if it doesn't work - post here.

Thanks. I actually did some more research and found a DCT4 calculator ;). I am pretty sure that is the same code I used though.
