3310 unluck code

Hi i got a 3310 and its locked to conviq i want to use it at vodafone it tells me "sim card rejected" when i instert a conviq card it starts but i cant call out from the phone what can be wrong?

1. Always post Your question to the right section
2.3310 is DCT 3 phone ...so You need data cable and software like nokia tool 1.9 to unlock it..
