Unlocking NOkia 3595

I just got the same phone. Nokia 3595. I have had 3 of these phones. Whenever i use them I get enormous feedback as if I were putting a microphone next to a speaker. Is anybody having the same problems. Also I used this code to unlock the phone and it did not work. My IMEI is 010166/00/651576/8. Is there anyway to unlock this phone to see and to check to see if I got a new phone or refurbished. Thanks for your help in advance.

And to unlock we need information,; ie

1, model of phone
2, imei number
3 Network provider and country the phone is locked too.................
