camera noise gd87

Can anyone give me any advice at all on how to turn the camera noise off on the gd87. probably a silly question but its all i want to do and i dont know where to start.

I understand that you have to flash the phone (with a specificflash with no camera sound)to remove camera noise.

I have found things on the net saying i need to flash it but i downloaded a gda87a39.rel file but have no idea what to do with it. Can you just phone panasonic and get them to do it? Or anymore info on how.
