guys please help me lock code not responding

first i dont know what is the lock code for 6800 i think 12345 but my phone is not responding i can only recived calls nothing else what do i do please help me .........thanks in advance :sad:

Hi there :)

The code "12345" is Nokia's default security code, which you need for some functions such as full reset, or if you have activated the phone security.

What does your phone do? You need to explain that. You said you "can receive calls", so the SIM card is working i suppose. What happens when you dial out? Does it refuse to dial? Does it give you three "beeps"..? Also, what happens when you send a SMS... is there any error message ("Message not send this time" or similar) coming up?

Please describe what's going wrong :)
