Wonder if you can help me? I am with T-Mobile UK and want to unlock my Nokia 7650 phone. Could you tell me the way to do this please?

This didn't work, I only tried it once as you suggested it. I definately typed in the correct code...

Hi there browntoa,

You gave me the above unlock code which worked in unlocking my phone, but now it keeps coming up with error messages. Also, when doing a search in the phonebook, or writing a text message, I can ONLY type numbers and not letters - weird!

The thing is, I've sold this phone to someone and I need it fixed before I send it to him tomorrow. CAN YOU HELP? Please........

the code should not do anything like that....weird...I'll get someone else I know to give you advice if he is online...

I've asked someone called "inderinderinder" to look at this post for you but he's not online at the moment...

That's really odd... I can bet on it having *nothing* to do with the unlock code... all I can suggest, as your selling the phone is to do a full factory reset...

Type this code in, phone will ask you for your security code (default is 12345 or 00000) and then *wait* it will take a while, and will reboot, phone is now factory reset and wiped all your custom settings.

I think this should fix it...

Type this: *#7370#
