Unlock At&T 3595 and other questions

Hi,
I am a newbie to the whole phone unlocking/flashing scene so some help would be appreciated.
I just bought an Att 3595 with IMEI 010185003520373. I know that it needs to be unlocked so that i can use my Tmobile sim card. I hear that to use the internet , i must flash my phone since the browser might be locked? But reading bout the DCT4Calc it generates 7 codes and the +7 code unlocks the browser? Can somone explain what I must do to be able to use the tmobile sim card and internet?

about you question about unlocking the browser i have no idea all i know that the usa does not suppport code 7

sorry for taking so long to reply,
but thanks a lot for the code, it works perfectly.
as for the internet, I called t-mobile and they just sent me internet settings and now everything on my phone is t-mobilized thanks :)
