3410 no data

Hi

I have a 3410.
It used to display the black screen for a while at the begining then keeps the lights on for about 3 seconds then turns off.
I uploaded it with a full flash.
Now it refuses to update the eeprom and unlock the locks.
I tried using ddp, Rolis and eeprom tools but in vain.
What can I do?
