3310 off though charging

Hi

I have a 3310.
It does not turn on, thogh charges when pluging the charger.
I replaced the ccont, but the same problem exists.
What can I do?

did you flash it?

if you did, you should have tried to resort to software/flash solutions and not the hardware. you could have only flashed it with a damaged flash file. try to download the original, virgin flash files and flash it to your phone. and try to remove the battery for a minute then install it again.
