what kind of software you are looking for?

there is almost any kind of software for free (except dct4 flasher that requires a dongle), simply search the forum or google, and you'll find anything you need.

What I am looking for is software to unlock phone, upload games and ringtones, create ringtones. Is there one program that will do all? Please bear with me as i am a newbie.

the easiest way of unlocking dct4 phones is using unlock codes. you can get a calculator for free. the calculator will generate unlock code for your phone and you simply have to enter that code to have your phone unlocked.

about uploading games and ringtones, there is a program called MobiMB. but this software requires a cable and also it is not free.
the other way is to upload games and ringtones to a free web site, and download them to the phone using wap.

to create ringtones, download a midi file (.mid) and download to the phone with the above method.
