You can do siemens with the Clip which is sold.. or with free freie software.. (not all of course)
and for motorola there does not exist software it's all done by server (Official motorola database as far as I know)
But this is siemens section so @senca next time split your post ok?

Hi guys. Ive seen a lot of ads that unlock my Siemens A55 or whichever phone by IMEI remotely simply keying a code generated with the IMEI and Operator code. All these ads are for doing it paying of course....
The steps are clicking *#0000*XXXXXXXX# and XXXXXXXX is the unlock code.


Where is that wonderful program that generates that codes??
Is it a very powerful-massive program? Is that the reason that needs a Dedicated Server??
