expert advice needed t1oo system failure

hi friends i got a real puzzler here t1oo system failure :;i change the imei number via the service box i have it works but when the phone reboots it reverts back to 44796789400044/8, so a friends says that the phone has bad eeprom data, vahid shahabi,toolbox 4, vlsl,eeprom tools, system failure repairer, nothing works i'm using the original data cable 4 the t100 and know its not the cable, does anyone have a solution for this problem, it says sos calls and when it try to make the call i can see transimitting lines on my tv set so the phone is not damaged, anyone have a solution ?? your help would be most appreciated.

It's the eeprom thats faulty, or in the worst senario,, CPU

you phone Eeprom is demage .write full Eeprom in your phone after that change imei and post result here .

I have a T100 with system fail, WHat programs do I use to upload a new eeprom?? I have never flashed a samsung before, so I need loads of details.

thanks first for your help and support i would love to write the eeprom and change the imei number but i dont have the software for it, i have tried everything avail i think,vahid shahabi eeprom tools, samsung service software r5/lite but i dont have the full version of this program and the imei and system repair are disabled this is about the only program i think will do it but cant access these features.
