Using propicII?

Hi, can we use the propicII as a smartcard programmer?

I don't have much experience in the sim cloning field, but I know that the smartcard contains a PIC and EEPROM, they both can be programmed using PropicII, right?

If yes, what modifications I'll need to do for the output of the propicII hardware?

I've just answered the same question in a previus post. In order to clone a sim card you need a programmer that reads/writes in phoenix mode. There are programs (the ones that i've seen) that read sim cards in phoenix mode and others in a "smart" mode. If you can read a sim card you just need a programmer that writes pic or atmel smart cards. Thus, if propicII does these things you won't have a problem.
