Modding Help Needed

Hi.. I am quite a newbie to nokia modding..
Here are a few questions which i need help with:

1. How do i change the menu graphics in a nokia 3310?
(right now i have added fade function and modded all the ringtones)
2. What program do i use?
3. Where do i get this program?
4. How do i use this program?
( i downloaded Fgraphic and NokHex but have no idea how to use it)

Use PPMEdit!I think theres no need to write a howto,because its easy to understand!Use the search button to find it!
