Polytone Questions

I think i might be mistaken on this, but aren't polytones the same as Midi files? I tried to download some of the internet from my phone and i get ringtone received, but then it says unable to open file. Can anyone help me to clear up the confusion.

they can be tempramental sometimes. Maybe size is too big?
Try the sites for polytunes. Pretty good!

ok the reason they won play is because your phone probably cant read from it, because ur phone can only play 4 instruments ate 1 time where as the ringtone ur trying to open contains 5+ different tunes.

there is a post on here by gee2020 which will help you cuz i had exactly the same problem mate.
