Change the IMEI number on nokia 7250 without replacing UEM chip

Does any1 know how to change the IMEI number nokia DCT 4 handset without replacing the UEM chip??

does any1 sell equipment for this at resonable price??

UEM has to be changed as the IMEI is held on the chip and it is OTP therefore the UEM has to be replaced
