(Not flashing\unlocking programs, but modifiying).

Ah, yes. In Win95 there are many libraries missing, that are present in further versions of Windows.
1. Just run the program,
2. when it asks for the missing library, note its name,
3. search the Internet.
4. Download the file,
5. copy it to the Windows\System directory or to directory with the
program.
6. GOTO STEP 1 :)

Note: Some libraries need rgistering with the command REGSVR32 <name_of_lib>. The program REGSVR32.exe is located in Windows\System directory.

Or find a program, that can view what libraries the program can use (i used eXeScope v. 6 )

I have a couple of old computers floating around at work and places, I have been unable to get rollis to work on them. I have how ever been able to use Knok Lead's Build 1 on both of them. On an antique laptop this takes roughly 45mins-1hr to read/write the flash

SlideTweak 1.2 (7.11.2003)
Copyright (c) 2003 [Yak]

With this tool you can customize slideshows added to NOKIA DCT3 flashfiles with g3n0lite 2.0 program! You can have any number of frames and any number of slideshow commands! Of course it depends also on how much of free space there is in your flashfile.

Requierments:

- PC with Windows,
- Borland runtime libraries,
- Graphic editor able to convert graphic to HEX (HexGraph for example),
- g3n0lite 2.0,
- some knowledge on flashfiles modifying and g3n0lite usage.

Documentation in english included!

There is a new version of SlideTweak!
SlideTweak 1.2 (http://nokiafree.org/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=9896)

Don't use version 1.0 and 1.1 anymore! They're buggy! There are errors in GSC files created by it.

Version 1.2 is fully functional at last! Additionaly it has also new features. It can overwrite original 4 frames to save some flash-space. There is also a new slideshow command (not described in g3n0lite's "Read 1st" window!) causing the bitmap do scroll-in diagonaly!

Demo included.

Why I wrote SlideTweak...

The slideshows created by g3n0lite 2.0 use a special commands table to describe the slideshow. Thanks to it you can decide when and how your frames will show up. It was there since g3n0lite's 2.0 release but everybody just replaced those built-in 4 frames (there were some tools allowing to have 8 frames, but that's all!). Now, with SlideTweak, you can create your own command table with any number of frames. Then, everything is saved in GSC file (g3n0lite patch script) and you can apply it using g3n0lite - it will find place for your frames and new tables in the flash and set the pointers to tables in already applied 'Slideshow'/'Intro' patches.

Hope this makes everything clear... :))

just my little progie,

this program is built on fls edit engine (ppm and mcu reading) by joox
changes the font selected in the main menu as seen in project z rc1

use font0 for the main font eg large bold
use the others for other fonts eg small plane

to find out wot font is wot check ppmedit or an other font editing program.

step 2 - download the whole package of borland runtime libraries (its about 3.5 MB)
step 3 - extract the required .bpl files ( whose names slidetweak shows in error) into your windows>system directory
step4 - run slidetweak :)

the fast spy is used to turn on and off the spy mode function in your phone, the spymode patch is used to insert the spy mode in your fone. They are like a lamp and a switch.

Data view allows u to view all the containence of flash chip on your fone in hex.

Netgraph shows a graphics of the RX signal received by your fone

just view each with notepad !

the first is to make the fone answering on a call by pressing any key
the other has deal with some registers (it concerns ASM programming). I don't think it is very usefull for end-users, just for programmers, which develop their own patches.

coz 5e0 table is different with a phone and another

I tried you suggestion but still i don't get the menu to turn rhythmic and fading ligt on/off. The rhythmic light worked when i play the tones but the fading light is not working. I used mcu&ppm n3310 v6.07.

Just try to search the forum on how to make the menu for the fading light and the rythmic light. Or you can search the web for smarkies's tutorial for genolite. It is very useful and i used it to. :D

Got everything working now, except i only can make the menu as root menu not the submenu under setting. When i make it as submenu, e.g, under setting-extra setting, the 5e0 function not working. It goes blank then stuck there for a few second and reset itself. BTW,i've already increase the rootmenu counter etc. still not working.

When you create sub menus make sure that the counter in the line before the menu has the correct number of sub menu counters

When I create another menu I just copy a part of say the messages menu and change the text 5e0 table and animations etc. accordingly

Last time i also encountered a problem which is my menu hangs when entering the extra setting under setting submenu. What I did is just do a factory reset on Knok and all went well. That is just a suggestion but it work for me. Just try it. Just do that after you Update faid and. And also convert 3310 to 3315 to get the 3315 menu.

very slick program for joining MCU+PPM, splitting MCU+PPM and calculating checksums.. Doesnt sound like a lot, but its just a nice program because it is very professionally put together, not the usual amateur looking stuffs (that most of the scene produces; no offence!)

Call duration - draws the duration of current call on the screen

Greeting.

Has someone here came across a program called PMM READER ? Where can i download this program if it really exist ? I was told by someone in this forum that this program is suppose to be able read pmm information including the downloaded ringtones.(in HEX format)

The first two .gsc's have some side effects, like Contact Service, after battery is removed (3310 v.6.07 only?).

The second script works only on 3310.

I mean, is it possible to program a special phone number that will activate spymode through the caller ID ?
It seems that the spymode.gsc doesn't do this...

It's what was written on the program's site :-o
I know sure, that it's work of nokdoc, kontact, yak and others (me including :D ) but maybe the author wanted to say, that he used data from krisha's gsc to make the patch ???
