hi, guys is there any difference between 6510 and 6590 because i want to flash my 6510 to be 6590 what's new in 6590 and could it be to flash it without any problems

Hi there :)

The 6510 and 6590 are totally identical, except for the fact that a 6510 is dual band 900/1800 and the 6590 is single band 1900....... the functions are totally equal.
If you flash your 6510 to 6590, you will no more be able to use it! So better don't do that :)
