3330 - ?????

HI

im fed up wiht my 3330, im using an old Mi-NH battery, and its just about had it. it wont accpet a new battery, so ive decided to modify it to a new 3xxx

so far i read that 3330-3350 can be done, aswell as 3330-3410
is there any other possibility???
which is the better option if no others exists?

Hi,

you can update your 3330 to a 3315(3310) or 3350. 3410 is not possible because there is not enough ram in the phone!
When you flash it to 3350 you must have a 3330 with the new layout and a display of an 3410.
every 3310/30/50 accept new li-ion batterys without modyfing the firmware!

might be a silly question, how do i tell if my phone has the new layout?

yeah, i know they accept the new batteries, but mine dont, so to justify bying a data cable, i might aswell upgrade my phone while im at it.
