c100 firmware flash from Xwea

I've the common problem with midlets caused by a bug in the xwea firmware versions... can i fix it? i mean without flashing... if not, can you please explain me how to flash and where to find a valid firmware (with italian language) ? Last thing, can i flash by Irda?
