8210 flashing problem

When I try to read flash with different programs (flasher, rollis, nokiaflashtool) I get an answer like "Phone not respond".
I use cable based on 74HC14.
What's my problem?

are you turning the phone on when it tells you to??

also are you using XP cause alot of the programs wont work with that

i think that rollisv4.78 is only can use with dejan flasher with pic.
but maybe i'm wrong.

i turn my phone on when program ask me to do.

i tried to use rolis 5.14 and nokaflashtool on 2 Win98 pc with no effect .

it will tell you to turn your phone on even you not connect your cable to computer.
:rolleyes: i think most of the flash software only work with dejan flasher with pic16F628.

What program i should use whith my cable ?
