Is it possible to find out what operator this number belongs to?

+44774503656x (if the last digit is needed PM me).

I need a similar subscription...

And btw, are there any "prepaid" subscriptions in UK with the possibility to change SMSC in order to send the SMS's free?

07745 is registered to 02, but the owner could have moved to a different provider and kept the same number. Phone the number and ask? ;)
