it's not about flashing
it's a hardware problem
i don't know how to fix it

no. its not flash since it has never been plugged in to a computer

if it's hardware, try reheating the rf power amplifier or try to change it with a new one. or, have you check the battery?

Run a test with Eeprom tools 3.1 or 4.0....it will give You a point for Your problem....
