Nokia 8210 flashing fail

I have a Nokia 8210 Handy and want to Upgrade the old Sw-Version into a newer.

Wen I want to make a Backup of the orginal software my Knok Built 23 thels me: "Can't prepare Phone"!

I know that my cables alll OK.
I have tested it with other Handys!

Can anybody give me an answer what i can do to make my flashing prozess running!

Gimme some more info about You cable....also clean the PCB contacts...

As Sergo said, check and clean the contacts on the PCB, there may be glue covering them, also the 8xxx clip needs to click on, try tightening the two little screws next to the pins!
