Download section --> Flash files

Why when I download a flash file from this site and try to open it with PPM Manager, it returns an error? (I haven't tried to flash my phone with these files. Since I can't edit them, I suppose they are non-working files.)

ppm manager only open .fls file.
i think some of the flash file from this download section is in wintesla format and not dejan flash .fls format.
so, try to convert it with wt2dejan from http://nokiafree.org/forums/software.php?u=&pathext=Nokia/flash-converters/
and than open it with ppmmanager.
