Hi to all,

I have two 3330 that when tried to flash they read something like "power not off" in rolis 478. This only happens when trying to flash using the power button to boot up. When I plug the charger in instead one of them says the RAM is bad and the other says NHM-4 not supported!!!! There is no NHM-4, so where did it get that from? I've read that it might be the CPU or RAM chip at fault elsewhere, any thoughts?

Many thanks

The two of them should be fine! Refer to my Rolis Flashing Guide: http://nokiafree.org/forums/t31337/s.html
Change the delay index to 3, then 4, then 5 until it works! You just have to keep trying! Always use the charger to power on the phone!

Thanks for that, I've tried all ways that I can with rolis 478 and 479. Also tried Knok95 and phoenix too, all I get from rolis is ram bad or mobile choose wrong still and with Knok its says NHM-4 not supported. The phones must be working to an extent, is there any way to force the flash using the other connector that is hidden behind the cover? Or indeed can I do anything else?

Chunkhead, have you got any other ideas about this or does it look like new flash IC's needed?

Sadly, you'll have to trust me! Persistence is the key! You have to keep trying to flash it! Make sure to use Rolis and change the Delay index! I have encountered times a hundred times, sometimes it has taken me two weeks, but I always get it! You could try my Water Damage method before a flash, could work!!! http://nokiafree.org/forums/t31337/s.html
